P A Y M E N T

By Mail: Return completed form with credit card number or with personal check (payable to Bard Music Festival) to:
Bard Music Festival, PO Box 5000, Annandale-on-Hudson,
NY 12504-5000. Please enclose a stamped self-addressed
envelope with your order.

By Phone: Call 845-758-7456 Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visa or MasterCard for advance purchase only (no credit cards accepted at time of performance).

In Person: Bard Music Festival Box Office on Bard College campus (call 845-758-7456 for location), Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., by cash, check, or credit card. Tickets may be purchased at the door one hour before performance if seats are available, by cash or check only.

Special group discounts are available for orchestra programs; call 845-758-7410 for details.
Tickets will be mailed at the end of June.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the festival.

C O N T R I B U T I O N S

The revenue from ticket sales does not cover the costs of producing the Bard Music Festival. Please help support the festival by becoming a contributor in one of the following categories. You can include a contribution with your ticket order. All contributions are greatly appreciated.

Friend: $100–$499 Friends receive a 15% discount on the price of individual tickets, and their names are listed in the program.

Sponsor: $500–$999 Sponsors receive the preceding benefits, plus a pair of tickets to a festival orchestral concert and a copy of the festival book.

Patron: $1,000–$2,499 Patrons receive all the preceding benefits, plus the exclusive use of a special telephone line to purchase and reserve tickets, two free subscriptions, reserved parking near the festival tent, and an invitation to a dinner at a Hudson River home during the festival. In addition, Patrons will receive advance mailings for the opening celebration of the Bard Performing Arts Center and priority seating during the 2003 Bard Music Festival.

Associate: $2,500–$4,999 Associates receive all the preceding benefits, plus an invitation to the Bard Music Festival Board of Directors dinner on opening night of the Festival.

Benefactors: $5,000-$9,999 Benefactors receive all the preceding benefits, plus a pair of tickets to all programs for the Bard Music Festival's engagement at Lincoln Center and invitations to special events of the festival scheduled throughout the year.
